From 30th July, patients will be able to submit medical and administrative requests through our new online request portal.

Using the portal through our website is the quickest and most secure way to contact the practice and helps patients avoid telephone queues. All requests will be assessed by a healthcare professional fairly and in the same way, regardless of how they are submitted.

Please continue using the NHS App for repeat prescriptions, health records and other NHS services. Online medical and appointment requests are expected to become available through the NHS App approximately two weeks after launch. Until then, please use our practice website.

Patients who cannot contact us online can still telephone or visit the surgery, but no contact route will be processed more quickly than another.
